This group will give a broad overview of DBT and then will start to introduce group members to the skills of DBT.Please call for an assessment and a referral and for group details.**Pet Bereavement Support Group: It is important to provide compassionate support in your time of grief.You are not alone, as every pet loss is a personal experience for each individual.We are offering a series of groups to help educate people about addiction, gain insight into their relapses, gain self esteem to assist them in no longer doing destructive things to themselves and those around them and educate their family members on how to best help themselves and their addicted family member.**Relapse Prevention / Addiction Education Group: This group focuses on learning about how the addiction works in us as individuals including our relapse patterns, warning signs, and high risk situations.Group members will learn general information about addiction but will be mostly focused on their own personal triggers and recovery journey.
